
CallRex Client is a desktop application for accessing, reviewing, and managing phone call recordings captured by a CallRex recording system. It provides an easy way for supervisors and authorized users to search for calls, play them back, add notes or tags, and export recordings for training, dispute resolution, or compliance needs. The client supports role-based access so users only see the calls they’re permitted to review, and it typically includes tools for quality monitoring—such as evaluation forms and scoring—along with audit trails to track activity. In many deployments, CallRex Client also synchronizes call audio with optional screen recordings for a fuller view of agent interactions and may offer live monitoring for real-time coaching.
